We are looking for a passionate Logistics Coordinator to support and strengthen our Supply Chain team. Your goal is to support the supply chain in an operational and supportive capacity.

We are looking for someone who likes to be hands-on but can support the strategic vision and grow with the organisation.

You are Independent with a proactive working style, you have professional communication skills and the ability to handle the workload in high-pressure situations.


Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating shipment reports every week
  • Order management of devices at our EMS partner
  • Support in preparing and coordinating shipments with EMS and 3PLs
  • Support in setting up Distribution Centre (DC) and logistics processes at 3PL
  • Inventory Management of devices at EMS, DC, and client depots
  • Creation of logistics KPI dashboard
  • Optimising the logistics costs
  • Acting as internal point of contact for the Supply Chain team, and other stakeholders
  • Controlling daily shipments status
  • Stakeholder Management (internally and externally)
  • Visit, every 2 weeks, our Bad Hersfeld production facility to monitor the logistics process

Qualifications

  • Great communication skills the ability to manage various stakeholders internally and externally


  • Stress resistant

  • Act factbased and not on emotions
  • Study background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or relevant areas
  • Professional work experience in logistics/warehousing (preferably around 23 years)
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • User experience with ERP system
  • Communication fluent in English and German language
  • This role has been created to be based in Rüsselsheim, Germany hence please ensure your eligibility to work and live in the country.
