Beschreibung
We are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our sales team in Berlin.

As a Sales Customer Success, you will research potential clients, follow up with current customers and bridging insights to our tech team for continuos platform developmet.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Preparing lists of prospects from various internal & external sources
  • Prospecting potential targets and turning them into leads
  • Building and maintaining strong, longlasting customer relationships
  • Develop and implement tactical plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Preparing business presentations and proposals for prospective clients
  • Managing sales funnel process
  • Taking care of customer requests, upsell activities
  • Participation in product reviews and new product development
  • Advertise tech products.
  • Managing campaigns of marketing and brand awareness.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimun 3 years experience in a Platform /suscription model Sales Force
  • University degree in Business, Marketing or Fashion design background.
  • Fluent written and spoken English & German languages.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience or ability to quickly learn to use tools like Insightly, LinkedIn, DocSend, CRM, MailChimp
  • Proficiency in using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and similar presentation and office tools
  • Experience in garment and fashion design
  • Technical know how
