Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Quality Assurance Student for our office in Düsseldorf.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to medical questions based on product information
Handle and document product complaints in accordance with established procedures
Work collaboratively with the Quality Affairs team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Utilize esystems for data management and documentation purposes
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative tasks
Learn quickly and adapt to new processes and information
Work on various tasks within Quality Affairs to gain exposure to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to contribute to the success of the overall quality management process

Requirements:

Structured, ambitious, and proactive individual with good administrative skills
Ability to learn quickly and effectively
Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with data management is a plus
Comfortable working in different esystems
Availability to work a few hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods
Willingness to work onsite at our central Düsseldorf office and remotely as needed
