Role & Responsibilities
- Support Production environment.
- Handle Incidents and Service requests.
- Plan and schedule Changes coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Work on Service Requests based on SOPs.
- Follow defined quality and security compliance.
- Perform Trend analysis, identify top call drivers and work with respective Teams to minimize incident count.
- Patch management.
- Vendor coordination.
- Automation of tasks using Shell scripting.
Technical Skills
- Handson experience in RedHat Linux 7, 8, 9 & Suse 12.x.
- Experience in Linux and AIX product engineering.
- Experience in LVM and User Management.
- Update, maintenance, and Installation of Linux servers.
- Experience in patch management of Linux infrastructure (Manual and BigFix tool).
- Good knowledge of Clusters Solutions such as PowerHA, RedHat Cluster, PCS cluster etc.
- Satellite Server Configuration and Administration.
- Work on DR activities.
- Knowledge of Patch management for AIX infrastructure.
- Trend Analysis and Capacity planning for the OS Parameters issues like CPU, Memory & Disk space.
- Good understanding of ITIL practices.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
Job Types:
Contract, Full-time
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: 65,00€ per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
