Your Role

You synchronize regularly with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., other teams, management, customer, users) to collect and clarify requirements
You make sure that the delivered software meets previously identified requirements and is of high quality by following or improving robust quality assurance processes and practices
You maintain the backlog and the roadmaps of the teams and ensure that working packages are always wellprepared and provided to the teams in time

Your Skills

You have multiple years of experience in leading a software team within an agile environment
You know the typical agile principles and frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, or Team Topologies and have worked with them in common tools (e.g., Jira)
You have profound experience in software engineering itself, i.e., you worked handson in a webbased software tech stack (TypeScript, Angular, , etc.)
You are familiar with stateoftheart software development principles around Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment.
You love to work in a structured way within a team and independently
You have excellent communication skills in both, German and English
