Who you are

This position is available part-time for a period of 6 months starting as soon as possible.

The working hours average 20 hours per week. They are spread from Monday to Saturday in morning, mid-day, and afternoon shifts. You will mostly be assisting our customers on Saturdays.

- You enjoy working in a lively retail environment: Customers are your focus. Your passion is to enhance their shopping experience positively.
- Ideally, you have experience in retail and/or customer service.
- You have a friendly demeanor and a good sense in dealing with people.
- You always have an answer to inquiries and take care of our customers' concerns. Your ability to keep a cool head and your warm smile stand out in all situations.
- You have a passion for IKEA and its products.
- You are eager to constantly expand your knowledge about our range and services - IKEA's information keeps you up to date.

Your day with us
- You assist our customers in the store with expertise, always meeting their wishes and needs with a keen sense.
- At the entrance: You greet customers and ensure they feel welcome and well-informed from the start. You always guide customers to the right contacts.
- In Småland: You take excellent care of children aged 3 to 10.
- In the exchange and back office: Following our internal guidelines, you swiftly and customer-orientedly find solutions for any challenges.
- In goods pick-up: You check and hand over the goods to our customers, always keeping wait times as short as possible.
- At the cashier: You demonstrate every day that service can be both quick and meticulous. You bid customers farewell in a way that makes them want to return: with a smile.
