In the past years, GROHE has evolved from a mere hardware manufacturer into a driving force of digital transformation within the sanitary industry, offering Smart Home and Internet of Things (IoT) products.

Within the LIXIL Group multiple teams around the world are working on exciting projects to create new value propositions and business models based on IoT, Big Data and AI.

The SenseGuard Team based in Düsseldorf is an independent corporate startup within the LIXIL Group.

The international team is working on water security solutions around the smart water controller GROHE Sense Guard, helping Insurance Companies to reduce water damage costs and shifting their business model from claim management to damage prevention.

In the last years the team secured a place amongst the Top 100 Insurtechs in the Digital Insurance Agenda.

We exists to prevent water waste.

The clean water that reaches our homes and other walk of life such as workplaces, restaurants and bars, shops, hotels, hospitals and care homes, gardens and parks, recreational, cultural and educational facilities is the world's most precious resource.

It costs immense amounts of creativity, money and effort to supply. In many areas of the world, its scarcity causes millions of premature deaths.

If we are serious about sustainability, we have to start stopping wasting our resources.

Your tasks as a fundament in our team

You generate ideas for the realization of preventing water waste with technologies like the GROHE Sense Guard.
You learn and shape how a corporate organization generates value for customers.
You take responsibility for the design of services in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Your experience to enrich our team:

Completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, IT or a comparable course of study and an interest in project management.
Interest in project management methods as well as human centric design to shape the future of preventing water waste and create value.
Good knowledge of German and English.
Structured and empathic way of thinking to support colleagues in the best possible way and to carry out a successful project.
