- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring strategies
Your main responsibilities:
You should have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in active recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
