Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business, AAA GmbH offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanical, structural and electrical activities.


Having a technical background, you possess significant experience in Manufacturing Engineering. You know how to use several teaching methods, motivate a group, building a bridge between theory and practice. You have ideally completed a "Train the Trainer" course.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and conduct practical and theoretical training to external customers and also internally to AAA GmbH employees (in German and English).
  • Recording of training documentation (e.g., MCQ results, attendance lists, training evaluation).
  • Create / update / translate training materials proactively (e.g., documentation, presentation, sample) for AAA GmbH and external customers on time and according to the need.
  • Collaborate inside the Quality and Training Department to coordinate the training scheduling.
  • Hands on participation to qualification processes.
  • Perform and follow up the assigned monitoring and tutoring activities.
  • Analyze the needs of training and identify the necessary trainer knowledge and competency to meet the requirements of customers

Experience, Skills & Abilities:


  • 2+ years' experience in production and/or quality in the aeronautical field (e.g., Senior Quality Inspector)
  • Able to read, understand and interpret information from documentation.
  • Able to succeed in a demanding environment and to adapt to the changes in business requirements.
  • Quick learner with minimum guidance.
  • Confident, customer oriented and strong interpersonal skills. Able to perform clear & open communication and maintain cooperation internally and externally.
  • Ability to travel and perform training at customer sites (e.g., Bremen, Stade) and a valid driving license. (Trainings may start at 06:00 in the morning)
