  • Manage our Founder and Co-CEO's office and support all business activities at N26 focusing mainly on our Operations, Banking, Audit, and Treasury Functions.
  • Partner closely with our Founder and Co-CEO on various business projects and topics by coordinating and communicating with various internal and external stakeholders as well as preparing presentations.
  • Be the first point of contact for our Founder and Co-CEO's stakeholders e.g. for requests for a decision and you will coordinate requests within the CEO Office.
  • Be responsible for maximising our Founder and Co-CEO's time and energy by managing complex calendars and scheduling requirements.
  • Attend meetings together with our Founder & Co-CEO and facilitate them setting the agenda, briefing, debriefing, defining and following up on action items.
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants and key stakeholders on driving efficiency and improved structure for the Executives and Founders of N2
  • Be a member of the larger CEO Office team.

Background:

  • 35 years of work experience in fastpaced environments e.g. consulting, strategy, project management.
  • Previous experience with supporting Senior Managers or Leaders would be a plus
  • Fluent/native in businesslevel English as well as at least intermediate in German
