You want to actively take on responsibility in your internship and have a passion for HR work? Then you are exactly right with us We are looking for a dedicated trainee for a period of 5-6 months.

Your tasks:

Responsible for the complete ITsupported recruiting process for trainees and student interns.
Creation of job descriptions in collaboration with departments and coordination of job interviews.
Management of all correspondence, creation of contracts, and references.
Active communication with applicants and departments, providing support throughout the process.
Organization of the onboarding process for interns and guidance throughout their internship period.

Your profile:

Studies in business administration (ideally with a focus on human resources), human resources, pedagogy, or comparable fields of study.
Previous experience in the HR area with an understanding of key aspects.
Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office programs.
Enjoyment in interacting with people and possesses strong communication skills.
Independent work style with a sense of responsibility in their area of work.
Organized and able to structure the workday effectively.
Openness to changes and enthusiasm for discovering new possibilities
