supplies safer and more comfortable vehicle access and control systems with high quality and innovative solutions to the automotive industry worldwide.

Management is located in Germany/Villingen-Schwenningen, our sales department ist located in Frankfurt/Langen.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Sales Team - the place of deployment can be freely chosen.

Your responsibilities will be:

Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy to grow the business aligned with company goals
Build strong relationships with key customers and decision makers, understanding their business requirements
Provide strong leadership, clear direction, management and development of the Sales Team
Manage the costs/budget of the Sales Organization
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information and feeding back to relevant internal Stakeholders
Prepare reports and analysis on the market as required to guide strategic and tactical decisions and budget preparation

Required skills and experience:

Master's degree in Sales, Marketing or any other businessrelated field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for the position
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a highlevel sales position, preferably working in the automotive industry
Fluency in English mandatory
Capable of conducting standard performance, market, and competitive analyses
Highly passionate and customeroriented
Structured and independent work approach
Reliability and flexibility
Ability to work in an international environment
Excellent coordination, communication, coaching and mentoring skills
Willingness to travel
