Your Role and Responsibilities:

Supervised design and execution of (pre)formulation studies and developability screenings with independent processing of subprojects
Contribute to the implementation of methods and workflows on robotic highthroughput platforms
Assist in the development, evaluation and optimization of lyophilization processes
Create electronic lab notebooks and work instructions and contribute to the preparation of study plans and development reports
Present and discuss data and scientific literature in internal meetings
Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and contribute to the general upkeep of laboratory

Your Qualifications and Education:

M.Sc. in protein biochemistry, biology, biophysics, pharmaceutics or equivalent or lab technician with several years of relevant working experience
Handson experience in the biophysical characterization of proteins using methods such as liquid chromatography (SEC, HIC, IEX), DLS, nanoDSF, CE-SDS and SDS-PAGE
Proactive, flexible, selforganized, and eager to optimize and automate your daily work while coordinating your efforts with your team colleagues
First experience with Design of Experiment (DoE), automated liquid handling systems and programming languages (e.g. Python) is a plus
Comfortable with operating complex mechanical equipment (freezedryer)
