YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Independent handling of the complete employee lifecycle from entry to exit of employees
Personnel support in the operative daytoday business as well as consulting in personnelrelevant questions
Personnel administration and preparation of payroll accounting
Support in personnel planning
Evaluation of HR key figures
Recruiting and applicant management of assigned positions
Collaboration in personnel marketing
Implementation of HR projects

YOUR PROFILE

:

Successfully completed studies in the economic, psychological or social field or corresponding training
Several years of experience in a comparable position
Structured and conscientious way of working
Service orientation with strong teamwork and communication skills
Enjoys learning about new topics
Very good command of written and spoken English
