Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Maintenance Contract Leads to join our Maintenance and Servicing department at TaaS (Truck as a Service) in Germany.

About the position:

The Truck as a Service contracts department is under rapid growth as part of securing our customer promises.

We are now having several openings for Maintenance Contract Leads to lead and develop the service offerings and managing the partners within the Maintenance and Service ecosystem.

These partners span from manufacturing partners, third party service partners as well as compliance related capabilities.

Together with the team define the service strategy and roadmap
Identify market requirements with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Support costing and pricing activities to meet revenue and profitability targets
High level of interaction with global and local partners to translate the customer requirements into business opportunities and drive the relationship forward

We would like you to have:

A strong business mindset, economic skills as well as good technical understanding of the automotive industry
Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills, and crosscultural understanding
The ability to work autonomously in the fastpaced, complex and ambiguous environment of a startup
A cando attitude, passion for your work, and an ability to energize teams
