Job Description:


Mangopay are hugely accelerating and investing in the development of our Small to Medium Business (SMB) segment and we are looking for talented sales people to take on this pivotal role.


Qualifications:


What will you be doing?

  • You will identify, research and source new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation, seeing these new prospects through to close
  • Work with your local business unit to ensure that the SMB segment is fully served, making sure that the other segments are free to focus on their larger opportunities
  • Present and explain Mangopay's offering and tailor conversations with confidence to align with prospects, build meaningful rapport, and identify potential solutions within the context of their needs in today's macroeconomic environment
  • Research and collaborate with AEs and SDRs to understand our market, industry trends and persona needs in order to create messaging and cadences that are influential and relevant to client missions

Qualifications

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Ideally 12 years in a closing role following a successful stint in a Sales Development role supporting AEs selling platform products (SaaS, recurring revenue)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. You are naturally curious, love to ask questions, and are not afraid to think on your feet or handle objections
  • Exemplary time management and organisation skills. You value time and processes to make every day count, get the job at hand done, and get a buzz finding new ways to deliver results
  • You are selfaware and an active listener so you can genuinely understand client needs. Your human and empathetic approach opens people up to want to talk to you, and you enjoy building rapport and relationships because you care about what you do
  • You want to make a mark and are hungry to pursue a career in sales. You'll be proactive taking the opportunity to collaborate and learn from your peers so that you get stronger and more confident executing your role
  • Background in software security or an interest in ethical hacking and bug bounty platforms
  • Native or fluent (C1) in German, and fluent in English
