What you'll do

Your Job is to expand and optimize Sky's sales and service platform and ensure e2e integrity and consistency of technical design and integration within and between different business units
In an agile SAFe setup, you'll be responsible for the continuous development of the nonfunctional aspects of the platform
Part of your responsibility is to will ensuring the scalability and adaptability of the Sky architecture
You'll be involved in considering the total cost of ownership and operational efficiency when designing the solution
Your task is to put the end customer at the centre of the solution design to enable a consistent, efficient and intuitive customer experience across all channels and paths
You'll take over playing a key role in fostering collaboration across all disciplines and act as a trusted advisor to product management and technical teams

What you'll bring

Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
Microservice architecture
Web architecture
Cloud architecture (Google Cloud Platform)
CI/CD
You'll bring experience in working with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence) in an agile working environment with experience in planning system performance and infrastructure capacity
In addition to your strong communication skills, you are characterized above all by your experience in working with global teams and your strong team player spirit with a focus on results orientation, problem solving and outoftheboxthinking with a "cando" attitude
Good German and English skills complete your profile
Above all, you are characterised by strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as negotiation skills
