Leading cross functional, single / multiple regional, program consisting of many projects aiming a common goal under BU Nutrition Project Portfolio

Ensure all project deliveries in agreed time, cost, and with highest possible quality
Single point of contact of defined program in BUN Project Portfolio to Portfolio Leads
Oversight of program, including interdependencies, priorities, bottlenecks, and decision making within governance structure

Your main tasks

Project Management

Active leadership of crossfunctional & multiregional project teams for assigned projects from the beginning of feasibility to project closure.
Effective project timeline, cost and resource planning and tracking with a clear focus on achieving the agreed project goals.
Ensure endorsement and alignment of project goals, resourcing, costs and timelines with senior management and other key stakeholders.
Assess, manage, and adequately report project risks by actively creating scenario planning for major project risks on critical path.
Consolidate project status reporting for portfolio analysis and statistical evaluation of the project (deviation analyzes, tracking KPIs, financial forecasts and annual budget process)
Maintain the relevant Project Management tools always with highest possible data quality as an input for portfolio analysis and reporting.
Represent overall project team for key project status updates to BUN Management Team, and other internal stakeholders and drive expected decisions in stakeholder meetings.
Contribute optimization and maintenance of project management systems, processes, guidelines, SOPs by ensuring a learning feedback loop for continuous improvement.
Drive Launch management performance within BU Nutrition, by refining systems, tools, and processes within operative projects.

Profile:

5 years of project management of product development projects in Pharma, Medical Devices, IV Diagnostics, Bio Tech in global scale
University degree in Science, Pharmacy, medical technology, or related
Intensive knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of Pharma, IV diagnostics, Medical Devices, Combination Products, including CMC, (pre) clinical
Project management certification, e

g:
PMP (PMI), IPMA (level C) or equivalent

Very good skills regarding MS Office
Experience with project management software (e.g. MS Project, Planisware)
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to lead international cross functional project team members in matrix organization
Independent, process & result oriented, balanced way of working
Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills through all levels of hierarchy.
Strong problemsolving and high level of analytical thinking
Proactive and responsible working style
Excellent conflict and interface management
Experienced in successful management of project teams
High intercultural competencies, understanding and respecting differences
