What can you expect?
You work in Corporate Brand and Communications with close link to the ZEISS business units and regions as well as agencies in the field of Marketing Communications
You are part of the Agency Management & Training team (central contact for collaboration with agencies in the sense of the ZEISS Brand)
You support the conceptual development and implementation of ZEISS Agency Management and Brand Training frameworks
You work closely together with other ZEISS departments (Global marketing and communication, UX/UI experts, IT or procurement, external design and development agencies)
You set up a monitoring dashboard, analytics and a reporting process in close collaboration with agency and analytics expert and continuously evaluate data and derive measures
You support the Product Owner (M/F/d) in planning, development, roll-out and operations of the new digital product
You support the Product Owner (M/F/d) in operations and future development of the existing ZEISS Brand Portal

What should you bring along?
You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Information Systems, IT, Marketing/Brand (or similar)
You ideally have first experience within an international group or an agency in Marketing, Digital, Communications, or similar
You bring first project management skills (agile and operative)
You have interest in digital solutions and digital experiences
You work in an analytical, structured and independent and self-reliant way with strong communication skills
You ideally bring knowledge of MS Office 365, Azure DevOps, MS Power Platform and Figma
You bring fluent German and English language skills
