Your tasks:

Perform EMC testing on electronic devices to industry standards (e.g. FCC, IEC/EN 61000, EMV06, DNV)
Measure electromagnetic emissions from electronic devices
Perform immunity testing to assess devices ́resistance to electromagnetic interference
Conduct comprehensive electronics and environmental tests (e.g. voltage, temperature)
Analyze test results to identify sources of electromagnetic interference or noncompliance with regulatory standards
Document test procedures, results, and findings in detailed test reports
Collaborate with design engineers to recommend design changes or improvements for electromagnetic compatibility

Your profile:

Education: Bachelor ́s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field
Substantial Experience: With electromagnetic compatibility testing methodologies and equipment
Skills and knowledge: Proficient using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and conducted/radiated emissions measurement systems, familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to electromagnetic compatibility (e.g. FCC Part 15, EN/IEC 61000 series, DNV, EMC06)
Language proficiency: Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and at least B1 level in English
