To complete our Marketing Central Hub team, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist Eastern Europe (M/F/d) to start on the 1st July 2023.

Stellenbeschreibung: What you can expect:

You are the supporter in managing the relationship with wholesale, franchise, digital and retail partners in Central Markets with a focus on East Europe
You help to develop and execute seasonal wholesale marketing strategies - end-to-end in a holistic way
You are in the lead to assist in creating marketing initiatives to support sell-thru and drive the brand and business goals in line with global guidelines and frameworks
You are responsible to translate the global marketing calendar into local 360° activations for the end-consumers

Collaborate with Global Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Sales & Digital teams to conceptualize and develop end consumer marketing materials & activations, including e.g.

blow-ups, in-store signages and events and toolboxes for x-channel usage

You have the ability to work in cross-functional teams (Sales, Visual Merchandising, digital Marketing, Events, PR, creative, Media etc.) to ensure proper execution of regional in-store events, cooperations, promotions, PR gigs, seedings, etc.

You manage administrative tasks for seasinal campaign implementation

Profil: Your profile:

Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Business, communication or equivalent
min. of 2-3 years experience in the field of Marketing, Digital, PR & communications - ideally in the field of lifestyle, sport or fashion segment, agency background is a plus
You have the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline oriented enviroments and deal with ambiguity
You have a strong strategic mindset and capability to translate a plan into actions, strong communications, project and time management skills
You have strong project and time management skills and sloution-oriented and precise working method
English and East European or German, full professional proficiency
