POSITION:


We are looking for a Berlin or Cologne based Employer Branding & Communication Expert (M/F/d) who is ready to fuel our turbo boost engine for our #missionmoonshot.

As Employer Branding & Communication Expert your role is both strategic and hands-on.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the Employer Branding Strategy, this means also translating the strategy into well-suited cross-channel campaigns, build a multi-channel activity plan and execute it with excellent communication inside and outside the company.

You know what it takes to build a strong Employer Brand using all relevant on
- and offline channels - discovering, planning and managing the channels are part of your responsibilities. You enjoy working with data and are ambitious to create a measurable brand awareness and attractiveness on the job market.


CHALLENGE:


  • Be an important driver in the attraction of the most suitable talent from the market to join the HRS mission
  • Create a pull effect and the desire to be part of the tribe of intrapreneurs
  • Ensure that the Employer Brand communicated to the outside reflects the internal Employee experience
  • You work closely with marketing, product and all business units to bring the benefits and news into employer branding relevant communication
- it is crucial that you bring the dedication and willingness to dive deep into the HRS products and platforms to truly understand our business

  • Responsible for development our career page in terms of technology and content
  • Use and understand data and performance KPIs

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH
:


  • Being an intrapreneur with a growth mindset is a term you know and fully embrace
  • Eager to learn and experiment and not afraid to fail
  • A successfully completed university degree, preferably in the field of marketing communication
  • 3 years of working experience in the context of building up wellknown Employer Brand
  • Excellent planning & organization and project management skills
  • Marketing skills to develop a multilayered strategy and execution plan tailored to different target groups and corresponding products
  • Analytical thinking paired with a talent for creative processes to support the copywriting and creation of visual contents to support the key messages
  • A data driven profile who is also commercially minded, with strong analytical skills, NPS is a familiar term to you
  • Strong experience of planning, executing and delivering Marketing Campaigns
  • Superb Project Management skills
  • Handson experience managing an initiative from start to finish
  • Able to selfanalyse failures and put required solutions in place in order to improve
  • Highly developed presentation and facilitation skills with ability to operate at all levels of the organization and to engage people online and offline
  • Passionate and dedicated about playing a meaningful role in a company's ambition to disrupt an industry and set new standards
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
  • German language skills would be a bonus but not required

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE:


The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
