- Full vehicle E/E software architecture SME analysing future software architecture trends and developing technology roadmaps and product concepts
- Software Architect for the Audio domain
- Collaborate with product line SMEs, customers, and suppliers and analyse, identify, and establish industry benchmark E/E software architecture design principles and best practices
- Develop innovative E/E – and Audio domain software architecture for the HARMAN AutoOne reference car in close collaboration with the product line architects and the E/E Architecture Lab domain architects
- Support technology partner and M&A analysis
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or comparable experience
- Strong background 8 years) in Automotive software architecture and in Audio
- Core expertise in all E/E software architecture domains and its cross interactions including vehicle-level system partitioning, vehicle function allocations and system integration
- Technical leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire people
- Good understanding of Functional Safety (ISO26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO21434)
- Experience in UML and respective tooling
- Experience in operating systems like Android, Linux, QNX, AUTOSAR etc.
- Understanding of Automotive service-oriented architectures (SoA) like SOME/IP, DDS etc.
- Excellent understanding of Automotive audio interfaces, amplification, routing, equalizing, sound tuning, beam forming, directional audio, noise cancellation, sound generation, microphone systems and speaker systems
- Excellent understanding of audio processing using different algorithms on SOC's & DSPs
- Experience developing audio concepts for various domains like tuner, media, navigation, telephony, etc. and safety relevant use-cases
- Experience in executing projects, product innovation and good understanding of product management as well as hands-on experience in vehicle-level System Integration
- Automotive production software development experience and strong programming skills in C/C++

You are a passionate System Architect professional, who is enthusiastic about Automotive Electronics and wants to define the future in-cabin user experience.
As Principal E/E Software Architect, you are an expert in the full vehicle E/E Software system, and you have a good high-level understanding of all domains. In our E/E Architecture Lab, you will drive the analysis of E/E software architecture trends and technologies across global markets, key customers, and suppliers. With your peer software architects, you will design future vehicle E/E software architecture and product concepts. For our software architectures you will also cover the Audio domain in collaboration with our product lines and system integration teams on combining our Automotive product portfolio into a seamless user experience deployed in the HARMAN AutoOne product engineering car fleet.
