Joint All Domain Command and Control Tactical Data Link SME

Basic Qualifications:

6+ years of experience with supporting Tactical Data Links
3+ years of experience as a qualified JICO at a major staff or component headquarters
Experience with developing, writing, and articulating multinational exercise objectives and datalink architecture plans to action officers and senior military leaders alike
Experience with producing seniorofficer level presentations, briefings, and background papers, providing detailed and well researched documents, and planning, coordinating, and executing theater and regional operations and exercises
Knowledge of a broad spectrum of tactical data link protocols, including MIL STD 6011, MIL STD 6016, MIL STD 6020, MIL STD 3011, JREAP A, B, C, TCP/IP, serial, simple, and satellite standards
Ability to take the initiative and solve problems, provide expert advice on complex issues related to data link, including Link 11, Link 16, SADL, and Link 22 operation and system configuration
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualification:

Experience with creating, editing, and executing exercise specific Master Scenario Event List (MSEL), Training Objective (TO), and Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) inputs
Experience with analyzing international policy and security regarding missile defense
Experience with joint exercise planning systems and tools
Knowledge of system configurations
Knowledge of operating Gateway Manager, Joint Air Defense System Integrator (JADSI), Joint Range Extension (JRE), Scalable Portable Integrated Data Router (SPIDR), Multi-Functional Information Distributive System (MIDS) terminals, and Move On Jump Off (MOJO) Mini
Knowledge of joint and combined military architectures and exercise modeling and simulation
Knowledge of DoD exercise planning, programming, and budgeting process and Joint requirements development and approval process
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
