    In den Bereichen Produktion, Entwicklung, Produktmanagement, Einkauf, Vertrieb, Service, Projektmanagement und Verwaltung beschäftigt der Standort derzeit ca. Als Supervisor Production & Material Planning sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung und Steuerung des gesamten Materials für den Produktionsstandort Langenselbold und Karlsruhe. Die funktionale Kernkompetenz dieser Rolle beinhaltet die stetige Verschlankung und Verbesserung der bestehenden Planungsprozesse, die Mitarbeit bei der Unterstützung und Durchführung von Supply Reviews im SIOP-Zyklus, die Sicherstellung der Erreichung jährlicher Bestandsziele, Materialverfügbarkeit von
    Disziplinarische und funktionale Führung eines Teams von ca. Verantwortung für die operative, taktische und strategische Planung aller produktionsrelevanten Materialien und Fertigwaren
    Vorgabe der Strategie zur Lenkung der täglichen Abläufe, der Leistungsverbesserungen und der Karriereentwicklung der Mitarbeiter in der Fertigungs- und Materialplanung
    Enge Kooperation und Steuerung der Schnittstellen mit den Funktionen Interne und Externe Logistik, Fertigung, Procurement, Product Management, Order Fulfillment, R&D und Qualitätssicherung und -management
    Entwicklung, Management und Erreichung der strategischen Vorgaben bezüglich Bestandsreichweite (DOS) und Excess & Obsolete (E&O) für Rohmaterial, Work-in-Progress und Fertigwaren, einschließlich jährlichen Verbesserungen
    Aktive Beteiligung bzw. selbständige Initiierung und Durchführung von Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der SCM-Prozesse
    Dokumentation von Standard Operating Prozesse und der relevanten Arbeitsprozesse im Prozesshandbuch
    Aktive Anwendung von Lean Konzepten in allen Bereichen der Planungsprozesse
    Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Logistik, Arbeitsorganisation bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation
    Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Leitungsfunktion von Teams oder im Projektmanagement im Bereich Supply Chain Management eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens in internationalem und interkulturellem Umfeld
    Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean Management Methoden sowie in der Strukturierung von Organisationen und Change-Prozessen
    Hands-on Erfahrung bei der Nutzung und Spezifizierung der ERP-Funktionalitäten Planung, Materialbedarfsplanung, Bestandssteuerung und Nachschubsteuerung
    Gute PC-Kenntnisse von gängigen MS-Office Produkten, gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (SAP Module MM, SD und WM sowie idealerweise Oxaion)
    Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
