Get the perfect climate here:

  • Soon you will take over the daily leadership and motivation of the 3 shift supervisors as well as approx. 50 employees in a multishift process engineering production unit.
  • In addition, you will ensure compliance with quality standards, production targets, and work and safety regulations.
  • In addition, you regularly report the key figures of your area to the subarea manager.
  • At the same time, you will carry out resource planning.
  • Your tasks include the active implementation and coordination of continuous improvement measures.
  • Active data collection and reporting of key figures in store floor management are daily doings.

This will heat us up:

  • Technical vocational training in combination with further technical training as a master craftsman/technician
  • Initial management experience
  • Experience in plastic molding processes and/or welding processes desired (especially blow molding, PU foaming, continuous plasma and laser welding)
  • Organizational talent, processoriented thinking, reliability and sense of responsibility
- "Hands-on mentality", assertiveness, ability to work under pressure and a solution-oriented approach to work

  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs
