Within the Business Unit Electrification & Automation (EA) we enable the transition to a sustainable energy system, while ensuring a secure and affordable energy supply.

We work with customers across all industrial verticals, from Transmission utilities, over Distribution utilities to Data Centers, Chemicals and Transportation.

Within EA, Operations (O) is responsible for leading the global manufacturing network with 20 factories.

Our market environment is changing rapidly, and we want to be ahead of the game, by moving our factories to a highly automated, digitalized, interconnected, flexible and sustainable network.

On this transformation journey with our broad portfolio and wide footprint, we need you.

The key elements of this role involve:

Leading the Creators team in EA O's Digitalization & Transformation department (new department established as of January 1st, 2023)
Driving the digital transformation of our factories and supporting the factory netzwork with handson architectural work, development / coding and data analytics.
Coaching your direct team and the creator community in our factories towards scalable digitalization solutions.
Working very closely with all relevant stakeholders, especially the other parts of the Digitalization & Transformation department and the established crossfactory digitalization core team and community
Your key partners will be the factory digitalization community and core team of EA O. Depending on the respective digitalization projects, additional stakeholders from the Digitalization & Transformation department, other departments or EA functions may be involved

Helping us drive our future vision, your toolkit may include some of these key skills

You have a master ́s degree in relevant Engineering / Science / Business fields, e.g., Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or others
The foundation of your success is a longterm work experience, having been part of digital transformation, ideally in a manufacturing environment
You have ample experience in hands on programming, data analytics and / or architectural works in software environments
Besides you have leadership experience and excellent communication as well as collaboration skills.
You describe yourself as a forwardthinker who has an eye for the big picture and at the same time is really strong in operationalizing and executing fast
You are experienced in Leadership and People Management skills which requires integrative skills to collaborate with several partners and cultures
You are highly motivated to work agile and to challenge the status quo
You possess extensive knowledge of how digital technology can be used to improve factory operations
You have excellent influencing skills and solid business understanding complete your profile
You are fluent in English and selfconfident in communication and presentation
