For our fast-growing team in Central Europe we are looking for a "Junior Marketing and Event Coordinator Central Europe" in full time at our location in Southern Germany in combination with home office hours and frequent travel in Central Europe.

The "Junior Marketing and Event Coordinator Central Europe" will support the Sales and Marketing team in all matters related to brand image, brand awareness and brand experience, both B2B and B2C.

Your duties and responsibilities:

Planning, execution, and evaluation of brand experience events B2B and B2C in the Central Europe area.
Coordination, maintenance and logistics of the demo and media bike fleet for Central Europe.
Social Media.
Support in the area of content creation.
Support of marketing and sales projects.
Clinics and trainings in the area of marketing and tech.
Collaboration with brand ambassadors and content creators.

Proven marketing and event experience in the sports industry.
Technical understanding of highend mountain bikes, emountain bikes and bikes and bicycle components in general.
Experience in dealing with retailers and end customers.
Excellent German and English skills.
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Inspiring presentation skills in front of smaller groups.
Willingness to travel and compensated working hours on weekends and after hours.
Proactive mindset and natural communication skills.
