We are currently seeking an HR Controlling Expert (x|f|m) for our HR Controlling & Analytics team based at our headquarters in Goettingen, Germany (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH), with the possibility to work remotely on a regular basis.

In this position, you will be responsible for driving the further development, implementation and execution of HR controlling tasks and processes on a global scale.

You will oversee different HR KPI's, reports and international projects and create the future with us.

Your
tasks

You will further develop HR controlling and implement automated processes
You will execute deviation analyses and adhoc evaluations, as well as prepare budgets and forecasts
During international rollouts and integration projects, you will professionally implement global HR procedures
Taking ownership of monthly HR reports, analysis, and recommending action will be your responsibility
You will develop and implement automated and consistent HR KPIs, dashboards, metrics, reports and (predictive) analytics for each process and across processes
You will monitor and continuously improve HR Master data in close cooperation with the international contact partners
In international projects, you will collaborate and take on subprojects with a focus on HR controlling
Additionally, you will be responsible for training target groups in personnel planning and controlling topics

Your
qualifications

You have successfully completed your studies in management, business administration, mathematics, computer science or a comparable qualification
You have several years of work experience, ideally with a focus on HR Controlling & Analytics
You possess proficient expertise in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP HCM, as well as MS-Office
You have a high ability to think analytically and work in a structured manner
A highly customeroriented approach rounds off your profile
Very good English skills, both written and oral are a prerequisite
