We are looking for a talented media designer to join our
Global Marketing team in Bremen to assist in redesigning our corporate tender documents.

As a media designer, you will work closely with the Tendering team to create high-quality, visually appealing and engaging tender documents that showcase our company's products and services in the most professional and impactful way possible.

Media Designer.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Tendering team to understand the requirements and objectives of the tender documents
Create and design highquality visual content such as infographics, charts, graphs, diagrams illustrations and images to support the tender documents
Develop and design layouts and typography to ensure that the tender documents are visually appealing and easy to read
Review and proofread content to ensure that it is accurate, clear and concise
Ensure that the tender documents comply with the company's branding guidelines
Be responsible for maintaining and updating technical and commercial bid documentation and presentation material
Provide creative ideas and solutions to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of the tender documents
Work collaboratively with the Tendering team to ensure that the tender documents are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in graphic design

What you can contribute:

Completed apprenticeship as Media Designer or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in media design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting, content design or a related field
Strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in designing professional graphics
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office 36
Understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles
Excellent communication, collaboration and timemanagement skills
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with video editing and animation is a plus
