We are looking for an Key Account Management VW Europe (M/F/d) on our site in Neuwied.


Your Tasks as Key Account Management VW Europe (M/F/d):

  • Develop market, customer and product strategies together with the Global Key Account Manager.
  • Accountability for delivering profitable new business and managing pre/postlaunch profitability and acquisitions of new projects within the region according to ZF strategic & operational planning.
  • Guide and supervise the VW regional team, ensuring all P&L related KPIs are aligned with the divisional targets and initiate countermeasures for deviations from the targets.
  • Lead negotiations on commercial contracts, RFQs and price negotiations.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with key customer contacts as well as with ZF business stakeholders like Central Sales, Category Management, Commercial Management, etc.

Your Profile as Key Account Management VW Europe (M/F/d):

  • Successfully completed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Science or Engineering.
  • 5 years experience in Business Development in the automotive sector.
  • Ability to act as a strong Sales presence in front of the customer.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong communications and networking skills as well as good coordination and cooperation skills.
  • Good understanding of market and customer dynamics as well as business processes.
  • Fluent German and Business English Language Skills, verbal and written.
