Job Summary:


We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist, who will support and drive the Packaging Upgrades services solution Business within the APAC, supporting the opportunity identification, development, selling process, and performance analysis of ongoing business based on customer needs and our established strategy.

The position can be based either in Madrid (Arganda), Germany (Hockheim), UK, (High Wycombe) or Poland (Warsaw).
You will be travelling up to 25% of your time to our customer sites.


What you will do:


As a Sales Support Specialist, you will:

  • Monitor and analyze product performance to secure that product performs according to expectations throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Secure good customer understanding and translate the customer voice into the Packaging Upgrades value proposition.
  • Follow up and analyze business results, drive actions required to fulfill annual growth and profitability targets.
  • Monitor and analyze the delivery success and quality of the service category/assortment.
  • Secure technical guidelines and frameworks are updated to support business growth, i.e. technical publications, manuals, sales documents, and best practices.
  • Drive execution of pilots in clusters as part of the global development to expand the service solutions portfolio.
  • Manage (technical) questions from the market in regard to product performance and recommendations.
  • Drive and support the establishment of commercial guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, and legal agreements of service solutions to be offered in the cluster, ensuring the alignment to global standards.
  • Participate in the capture of Customer solution needs from the region you represent.
  • Be a market figurehead for upgrades in general and support other markets with your technical expertise in Packaging Upgrades.

We believe you have:


  • University Bachelor.
  • Good experience in commercial/business development, preferably with Technical knowledge.
  • Solid background in the Tetra Pak Packaging portfolio is required.
  • Be able to work in a remote autonomous team with minimum supervision
  • Have field or customerfacing experience
  • Good communication, proactive, selfmotivated, and selfmanager skills
  • English fluent is mandatory.
