Who are we?:

At FORMEL SKIN, we're building a global dermatology clinic online.

Our mission is to democratize healthcare by making highly effective dermatological treatments easily accessible while improving our patients' quality of life.

We're backed by Europe's most renowned health and consumer investors. In December 2021, we raised €30m in Germany's largest health tech Series A round. To date, we have delivered nearly a million successful treatments for our patients. Our team is passionate and ambitious, with diversified experiences in building successful health and consumer tech businesses.

What you'll be doing:

Operational Excellence: Take full responsibility of planning and executing all operational aspects of the project, encompassing business planning, hypothesis testing, and end-to-end project management.

Scaling for Success: Define and optimize a wide spectrum of processes, from customer journey mapping to customer acquisition and facility requirements, with an emphasis on achieving scalable solutions.

Strategic Support: Provide primary support to FORMEL's C-level executives, assisting in strategic decision-making and planning, ensuring alignment with the project's objectives. You'll also manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

What you need to succeed:

A minimum of 3 years in toptier strategy consulting or business development within hypergrowth startups. Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex projects is essential. Entrepreneurial experience is a valuable asset.
In addition to fluent English, proficiency in German is essential for effective communication with external stakeholders.
Proven analytical skills, enabling datadriven decisionmaking and the development of optimal solutions and targets.
Extensive experience in project management, encompassing various relevant aspects of business development.
You have a proactive, selfmotivated, and handson attitude. No matter how big or small the task, you are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
The proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, and exhibit flexibility in managing changing priorities.
Strong communication skills, enabling you to consult and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
