At Evident Scientific we are currently recruiting a Management Assistant (f/m/d) to CFO for our EMEA headquarter in Hamburg.

Aufgaben

As Management Assistant you are the sparring partner to our Global CFO on an operational level
You serve as a liaison between members of the Global and EMEA senior management
You are responsible for the appointment coordination and travel management
Your tasks include the organization of internal and external meetings and workshops
You proactively prepare presentations, reportings, meeting minutes, decision papers as well as analyses incl. development of recommended actions
Close cooperation and substitution within the team of Management Assistants
For one day per week you will also coordinate tasks and welcome our visitors at the reception as part of the overall team of assistants

Qualifikation

You have successfully completed a professional training or completed your bachelor degree
You have several years of professional experience in management assistance
You have a high degree of organizational skills and you work very independently, sometimes with tight deadlines
You impress with your friendly, positive and openminded personality and a confident manner
Proactivity characterizes your way of working
Indepth knowledge of MS Office package, especially PowerPoint and Excel completes your profile
You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, in German and English both written and spoken
