Are you an experienced SAP expert looking for an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our SAP landscape? We are seeking an open-minded and experienced SAP Releasemanager and Project Lead to join our team.

In this role, you will be at the forefront in coordinating and implementing end-to-end solutions based on S/4Hana.

Your expertise will be essential to meet the project goals and the delivery of releases in SAP landscape.

What part will you play?

Lead and guide a team of dedicated experts, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment
Provide mentorship and support to team members, encouraging their professional growth and development
Develop clear and detailed project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Ensure adherence to audit standards and regulatory requirements in both the release process and overall project management
Plan and execute seamless cutover activities during project golives, minimizing disruption to business operations
Manage project budgets effectively, monitoring expenses and ensuring adherence to allocated funds
Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and stay uptodate with industry best practices and trends

What you need to make real what matters.

Many years of experience in SAP solution architecture, with a focus on project implementation, will be highly valued
Your ability to effectively manage technical SAP projects, such as migrations and upgrades, demonstrates your expertise in the field
Furthermore, your talent in leading and mentoring technicaloriented teams, providing valuable technical guidance and support, makes you a strong asset
You have experience in Transport Management with Solution Manager/Focused Build, CharM, and Release Management with SAP S/4HANA, including FIORI, BIS, and MDG
Your excellent analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills will be instrumental in overcoming complex challenges
Equally important are your exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, which enable you to collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams and effectively communicate intricate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
Fluency in English is required, German language skills are beneficial
Optional Skills:
Experiencing knowledge in ERP business processes is a plus
An inspiring character and team building skill is beneficial
