What you'll do

As part of our legal team you will support Retarus and our subsidiaries in legal matters in EMEA, APAC and the USA
You will independently review and negotiate international customer, partner and supplier contracts with a focus on IT/telecommunications law
You are responsible for updating and developing standard contracts
You will assist in the implementation of standard processes and guidelines and contribute to compliance and risk management
You work closely and independently with various stakeholders in national and international projects

What you'll need

You have a strong interest in commercial and contract law, ideally also experience in the IT/telecommunications and/or software environment.
You provide qualified, comprehensible and pragmatic legal advice as a responsible and reliable business partner
You are not only interested in complex legal issues, but also in business and technical contexts
Negotiating skills at both national and international level are one of your strengths
You have a systematic, structured and pragmatic way of working, as well as passion, creativity and a sense of humour
You value a unique and informal company culture, creative freedom and flexibility
Very good written and spoken German and English complete your profile
