What you will do:
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the design of all online and offline touchpoints (website, newsletters, social media, flyers, primary and secondary product packaging, PoS)
- Further development and maintenance of the corporate design to elevate the gitti brand, keeping it fresh, innovative and consistent across all channels
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content for online and offline touchpoints (websites, mailings, flyers, PoS material etc.)
- Work closely with the product development team to elevate the visual design of products & packaging
- Use deep knowledge of latest graphic design trends and techniques
- Manage workload, deadlines, quality of work produced, and establish design procedures, policies and processes
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a designer for a premium consumer brand (beauty/cosmetics experience is a plus)
- Experience with packaging design and print products
- You enjoy working in a team and have good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Good English language skills are mandatory, German is a plus
- Fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Your heart beats for strong, highquality design with a fine sense of aesthetics
- You are fluent in all steps of the design process and know how to develop and maintain a visual brand
- The ability to interpret briefs, and implement brand guidelines across various projects
- An innovative point of view You don't aspire to play it safe and mimic every other beautybrand, but instead strive to create something new and unseen and constantly challenge the status quo
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work
