_Perfume Marketing Coordinator (M/F/d)_
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Management
- Develop and execute the local marketing strategy of our perfume specialist retailers for Cartier in accordance with the Maison guidelines
- Monitor perfume A&P budget and keep track of all marketing expenses as budget owner
- Complete marketing documents, prepare presentations and lead marketing meetings for internal as well as external stakeholders
Trade Marketing
- Prepare and conduct COOP trade marketing activations with all perfume specialist retailers in liaison with the commercial perfume team
- Create and follow up on monthly animation plan in flagship POS
- Conduct audits to ensure consistent brand presence across all epartner websites
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all activations and make recommendations for future improvements
Product Management
- Define product forecasts based on client priority and targets, securing sufficient quantities of sales products and marketing tools for wholesale network
- Create product presentations, novelty documents and sellin materials
- Prepare and customize planograms according to commercial requirements
- Develop and implement action plans to support strategic product launches
Training
- Develop training materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct product trainings and workshops for sales teams, counter staff and promoters
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements
- Provide ongoing support, coaching and onboarding trainings to internal teams and external partners
PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- First working experience in marketing, preferably in the fragrance industry
- Experience coordinating and executing marketing activities
- Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with external clients and internal teams within a matrix organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as needed
- Business fluency in English and German, French is a plus
