Proclinical are recruiting for a Head of EHS to join a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Frankfurt.

Responsibilities:

Implement and document risk assessments for multiple actions.
Plan and implement audits within the supervisory area of the division.
You will consult on the design of workplaces and processes.
Responsible for developing and upkeeping integrated management systems, as well as perform routine workplace inspections, training sessions and briefings.
Form and manage operational procedures within the field of energy management, environmental protection and occupational safety.
Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in an engineering field such as process engineering, chemical engineering, or pharmaceutical technology, though further training as a specialist (M/F/d) for occupational safety with demonstrable experience in the practical elements within a related organisation will be taken into consideration.
Expertise on occupational safety law and connected legal areas as well as in the field of explosion protection.
Familiarity with management systems, which involves ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 4500
Demonstrable experience within a professional and disciplinary leadership role of a team.
Acquaintance with GMP guidelines would be ideal.
Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Fluency in both German and English.
