What you will be doing here:

1.

Project Management:

Drive and support key projects and initiatives, ensuring efficient execution within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather data, track progress, and resolve bottlenecks.
Develop project plans, define milestones, and monitor deliverables to ensure successful completion.

2.

Operations and Process Improvement:

Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance overall effectiveness.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices to support efficient operations.
Assist in the implementation of new systems, tools, and processes to streamline operations.

3.

Relationship Management:

Act as a liaison between Founders and internal/external stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, partners, and clients.
Represent the organization in meetings, conferences, and networking events as needed.

4.

Administrative Tasks:

Support in administrative tasks, including inbox processing.
Coordinate meetings, events, and similar activities.
Ensure structured and updated documentation of proceedings.
Handle contract work/markups, power points, documentation, and appointment coordination and updating.

5.

Strategic Support:

Collaborate closely with Founders to assist in strategic decisionmaking and planning.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather industry insights to support strategic initiatives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
Support in executing special projects and new business initiatives.
