AVOW is a global app growth marketing company specialized in mobile OEM inventory.

The company provides brands a unique opportunity to access untapped mobile advertising inventory at scale and invest their advertising spend across alternative channels for incremental user growth and engagement.

We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Client Strategy team.

As a Senior Director of Client Services Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring our Client Strategy team and will play a key role in our Client portfolio and AVOW's business.

This role includes close collaboration with AVOW's C-suit, and demand and supply business. This role will report to Caio, our Co-founder.

Tasks

  • You will lead and develop our team of Client Strategy team, currently 9 people in EMEA and APAC and continuously growing.
  • Manage and coach the People Leaders in the best way to develop their regions and teams.
  • Close communication with AVOW's Csuit, and demand and supplyside teams to ensure business priorities alignment, budget delivery, and KPI achievements.
  • Represent AVOW towards Clients, Partners and collaborations; attend events
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve and optimize campaigns towards our target KPIs.

Requirements:


  • You have extensive professional experience in Account Management, Client Management, Partner Management, or in a role or in a role with similar dynamics and skills.
  • You have extensive experience leading and managing teams with a Client focus.
  • You have a solid knowledge foundation of key AdTech/Mobile functions inclusive of tracking/attribution and optimization.
  • You have a commercial mindset, able to play a key decisionmaker role as AVOW's representative.
  • You can provide a consultative and analytical solution approach, with a focus on building sustainable client partnerships.
  • You are solutionoriented and a strong communicator.
  • You are able to represent Avow's solution and establish credibility as a reliable matter expert in the field of mobile advertising.
  • Fluent in English. Any additional language knowledge will work in your favor, especially in German, Italian, Spanish or French.
  • Location: This role can be located in Berlin (HQ).
