Purpose of Position:

As Product Lead for our Onboarding service, your mandate is clear, accelerate the time to value (TTV) for our customers from awareness/acquisition to activation.

Your team will play a pivotal role in the growth of our North Star Metric and wider growth of the business.

The role includes leading a group of Product Managers and working with stakeholders to deliver outstanding products by managing their end-to-end delivery from business cases, prioritisation, roadmap creation to development and roll-out.

You will play a pivotal role in aligning a cross-functional group composed of product managers and development teams with the rest of the organisation by working with different teams, managing various stakeholders, and working closely to directors and heads of departments.

Join our team in our Product Hubs in
Berlin, London or Amsterdam, or work from another country where Awin has an office you can choose: Munich, Milan, Paris, Madrid, Warsaw or Stockholm.

Key Tasks:

Lead product managers and work closely with engineers to help create outstanding products, roadmap and deliverables that support our business objectives
Take ownership for the quality of the deliverables of your product group, including business cases, product definitions and product releases
Own roadmap creation for all development teams your group is responsible for (one or two Services)
Create strong alignment of the team with the rest of the business

Skills & Expertise

Experience in 'project' versus 'product' thinking, and an excellent practitioner in the latter
Experience line managing or coaching product owners
Proficient in conducting user research or discovery to frame needs and opportunities
Effective at guiding groups towards decision making
Taking ownership and working autonomously including on large and complex topics
Actively building a healthy environment through empathy and assertiveness, motivate team members
Ideally scrum certified product owner or equivalent (expired is acceptable)
Understanding of product analytics tools like Amplitude and other tools like Google Analytics, Power BI
Strong knowledge of web and internet technologies, for example, Understands what a cookie is and its role on the internet
