We are looking for a Field Application Support Specialist (M/F/d)

This position is part of the EMEA Support Organization (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and will be located in Darmstadt (Germany).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to showcase groundbreaking cIEF-MS (capillary isoelectric focusing-MS) product and workflows in biopharma
Support the commercial and marketing team as technical expert on novel cIEF-MS technology
Provide in-house and on-site trainings, troubleshooting, visiting customers and telephone support in a timely and professional manner to achieve high-level customer satisfaction
Partner with customers to develop technical notes, publications and presentations
Liaise with local and global network to solve customer problems quickly and efficiently
Participate in global scientific community through conferences, seminars and training programs

The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor degree or higher degree in chemistry or biology
Experience in biopharma characterization workflows covering sample preparation, analytical method development and data processing
Excellent presentation, communication and customer facing skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
Driver license and willingness to EMEA wide travel (up to 20%)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
LC-MS/CE-MS or CE at a biopharmaceutical/biotech company
