The Mission:

We are looking for talented engineers to support us with designing and testing our newly developed satellite platform.

You will join a very motivated and highly enthusiastic team of experts in mechanical, optics, electronics, spacecraft, and software engineering.

What you'll be doing:

As a Working Student (min.

16-20h/week) in the field of Mechanical Engineering, you will:

Support the design of the mechanical structure of the satellite.
Support the design and development of the satellite's deployable mechanisms.
Built mechanical setups for the onground testing.
Plan and perform the satellite's and its subsystem's onground test campaigns (functional and vibration).
Prototype mechanical designs using our laboratories.

Relevant skills:

Experience in the design and development of mechanical structures and mechanisms.
Experience in CAD software.
Knowledge about space tests and qualification standards.
Highly organized and structured way of working.
Proactive attitude to problemsolving.
Experience in rapid prototyping technologies is a plus.
