Your Tasks:


As Global Media Strategy and Transformation Manager, your job is to manage the global media transformation towards a more digitalized and data driven approach.

The role ensures an ongoing transformation process managing all relevant stakeholders inside Beiersdorf and within our agency network.

To provide globally relevant strategic guidance this role will work closely with the regions, provide relevant and actionable guidelines based on Modeling and Precision Marketing performance.

- close cooperation with Global Media Director, Chief Digital Officer as well as regional media teams to provide transparency in the transformation and developing relevant and actionable guidelines
- ensuring trustful partnership with the global media networks to ensure best in class execution of our meda guidelines in close cooperation with procurement and the global agency manager
- leading the media transformation roadmap with regions and procurement to ensure best in class setup with our partner
- exchange with the global comms team and ensuring knowledge transfer of all relevant media guideline information
- close cooperation with the global media and audience data team to ensure latest insights and decision making on relevant global media analysis


Your Profile:

- longterm experiences in international media and/or agency roles
- domain expertise within CPG industry or healthcare with proven record media strategy and agency management
- experience in change management as well as excellent stakeholder management
- understanding of global and regional operating models incl. digital media execution on media agency side
- strong project management skills on strategic and analytical topics
- agile ways of working
- ability to adapt in a complex and fast changing environment
