We are currently seeking a Specialist M&A and Corporate Compliance (x|f|m) for the Legal Affairs & Compliance team (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH) in Goettingen or Berlin for a limited period.

You will have the flexibility of mobile working being based in Germany (Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH). In this position you will support M&A projects and dedicated compliance related topics.

Your
tasks

Collaborate in M&A projects such as purchase and sale of companies, mergers, spinoffs and all other types of corporate transactions
Assist with preparation and execution of Due Diligence, review of agreements, preparation of reports and accompanying contractual documents
Implementation of corporate law measures within postmerger integration of acquired entities
Active participation in future development of the internal compliance organization
Development, supervision and implementation of internal compliance guidelines
Implementation and monitoring of the groupwide Compliance Management System
Interface with various internal and external stakeholders worldwide on all levels

Your
qualifications

Successfully completed studies in economics or law (second state examination an advantage)
Relevant professional experience in M&A projects and/or Compliance
Knowledge of antitrust law are beneficial
Ability to work independently and processoriented
High level of discretion, analytical mindset
Strong presentation, negotiation and problemsolving skills
Ability to visit and work from the headquarters in Goettingen
Excellent English skills, German is beneficial
