3 Missions of 8 months each, in different areas of our supply chain and plant, e.g. Procurement, Procurement Planning, Logistics, Project Management Office, Quality and Food Safety, Manufacturing, Digital & Performance. Responsibility for operational activities
Leading crossfunctional projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency
Elaboration and development of strategic concepts e.g. for our plants, our logistics chain or our digital transformation
Identification of your strengths and interests to take over a challenging position after the graduate program leadership trainings and mentorship will support you in this process About you
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering/technology or business administration with focus on supply chain
First practical experience in supply chain or operations
Ambitious The program aim to develop our future leaders
Excellent communication skills, take initiatives
Fast adapting to dynamic environments
Analytical skills & affinity for numbers
Openness to change location during the program
Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Fluent English and highly appreciated fluent German Start between 1st of May and 1st of September limited for 24 months in Munich, Frankfurt am Main, Nuremberg, Vienna, Zurich About us
