Your role:

As the Business Process Expert (BPE) - Data Services, you will be responsible for operationalizing data governance in the HR and other data domains.

This includes identifying, designing, mapping, documenting, implemting, and improving processes to ensure data quality and integrity across systems and functions.

You will collaborate with data governance functions to establish a process portfolio covering data cataloguing, data quality, data architecture, and more.

Additionally, you will support formal data owners and stewards, develop metrics to measure the impact of data governance activities, and explore data monetization opportunities.

Your role will be instrumental in expanding our Global Business Services organization's capabilities in (master) data management. You will integrate with existing data governance programs and establish scalable processes across data domains.

Working with service delivery management, you will build an efficient data services organization in our business service hubs (Bangalore, Manila, Wroclaw).

Creating a data culture and promoting data governance throughout the organization will be crucial aspects of your role, ensuring that roles & responsibilities are understood and lived in all areas of the organization.

You will establish a strong focus on service excellence and business centricity and utilize formal business process management and problem-solving methodologies to structurally enhance operational performance.

Who you are:

Bachelors degree in B.A., IT, Business Informatics, Data Science or similar field
Excellent Data Governance skills; profound experience in data ownership / stewardship and/or (master) data management roles
Solid experience with formal data governance elements, processes, and tools
Excellent process management/ development skills
Strong Process Excellence Skills (Performance Management, Continuous Improvement)
Excellent stakeholder management skills incl. business partnering;
Strong project management skills; ideals in the fields of (master) data governance and management
Management skills in matrix setup
Service Management background
Strong intercultural & virtual team management skills
Strong communication, change management and influencing skills
Strong advocacy for future orientation, data mindset, and new approaches Fluent in English language
