Purpose of the role:
Compilation and financial management of end-to-end P&L BU Pharma and act as thought partner for the BU Head.

Your assignmentsResponsible for Month End and Forecast & Budget processes for the BU Pharma: Operations, R&D Centers, Clinical, Medical & Regulatory affairs and other central functions

  • Compilation and financial management of end to end P&L for BU Pharma, consolidation, and alignment with different Board areas for the complete P&L view
  • Responsibility & Presentation of Month End Results and Forecast & Budget incl.
all necessary analysis to the Kabi ELT

  • Manage Impairment testing as well as EU Taxonomy Reporting for the BU
  • Responsibility for Standard Cost Calculation & Profitability Analysis of the Pharma Portfolio
  • Proactively steer financial results for the BU Pharma in accordance with targets set for the BU including Net Working Capital and cashflow
  • Contribute to strategic discussions and operational decisions as member of the BU Pharma Management team
  • Organise Finance Community across the whole BU, Tech Ops + Regions

Profile:


  • University degree in Business Administration, specialized on Accounting and Finance
  • 10+ years work experience in a Finance Leading position
- very good communication and leadership skills
- strong comprehension and analytical skills
- open to work in multinational/-cultural environment

  • Business fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • IFRS knowledge
