Your tasks:

Take over the complete operational HR work for several assigned locations in Germany and abroad.
Business partner of the local management in the areas of organizational development, change management and talent management
Development, realization and implementation of HR concepts
Responsible management of HR projects such as the European Bonus Plan
Execution and implementation of recruiting measures
Trustful cooperation with local works councils
Support of the Vice President HR EMEA in HR related topics

Your profile:

Completed business administration studies or equivalent
Good knowledge of human resources management in an industrial company
Experience in working with employee representatives
Good knowledge of labor law
High affinity for numbers and IT systems
Confident appearance, assertiveness, negotiation skills and very good communication skills
High level of personal commitment
Fluency in German and English
